You’ll learn to relate to stress differently, develop the skills to ground yourself when life feels overwhelming, and start opening up to a life where anxiety isn’t in control.

Maybe you’re longing for something more but aren’t sure where to begin. Together we’ll explore what you need to find a renewed sense of meaning in the next chapter of your life.

My Approach

I meet every client with compassion, and respect the courage it takes to look deeply and honestly at oneself. Since each person is unique, I use an eclectic approach that is based on your wants, needs, and history. I work from a psychodynamic framework, which means I use talk therapy to identify beliefs and patterns that may be getting in the way of living the life you want. When appropriate, I may incorporate elements from behavioral therapies and mindfulness to give you practical tools that you can use in your daily life. 


Ultimately, I believe every mother deserves to live a full, meaningful life. I honor the importance of your role as a mother, but also aim to see you as a whole person with your own needs, desires, and story to tell.
